A retainer is required to confirm and reserve the agreed date and time for your appointment with Carol. Without this upfront payment, we cannot guarantee Carol's availability. This deposit is non-refundable, except in rare cases where Carol needs to cancel the session.

We know that unforeseen events happen, so please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We will allow a 10-minute grace period for waiting, after which an additional fee will be charged.

Please note that the hours included in the chosen package cannot be split between different days or used intermittently within a day. They must be used consecutively within the same day, according to the agreed schedule.

Photo editing includes adjustments to lighting, color, and texture. It does not include retouching of skin, treatment of expression marks, removal of unknown people from the background, changing the sky, etc. If you require these services, please let us know, and we will evaluate and inform you of the costs.

Travel time between locations is included in the session time. Transportation between session locations and any attraction tickets or admission fees, including for Carol and any assistant/other professional, must be paid by the client. Please check everything in advance, including travel time. If you wish, we offer an extra service of a private car with a driver to facilitate this travel.

We understand that unexpected events happen, and there may be a need to reschedule your session. We will do our best to accommodate you at another time, free of charge, but we cannot guarantee availability. If you request a reschedule within 5 days before your session, (except in cases of unfavorable weather) a fee of $15 will be charged if there is availability in the schedule

The full payment for the services rendered, including extras, rescheduling fees, and others, must be made before the photos are released for download.
