Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
50% of the total amount is required upon booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 20 days before the event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made up to 20 days before the event will receive 30% of the deposit refunded. After 10 days, there will be no refund.
Security Deposit:
For all picnic events, a $200 cash security deposit is required on the day of the event. The deposit will be returned after the setup items are checked and received at the end of the event.
WEATHER POLICY:
In case of a rain forecast, we will reschedule the picnic date. If the client is unavailable for the new date, the experience may be changed to a decorated setup at a destination of your choice, including the food items from your experience.
Rental & Setup Items:
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. The client is responsible for replacing any damaged items or may be charged an additional fee after evaluation. Floral arrangements may vary depending on seasonal availability.
• Service & Extra Hours:
The picnic experience lasts up to 2 hours. Additional hours are available for $50 per hour.
