​DEPOSIT

A $100 non-refundable deposit is absolutely necessary to confirm and reserve the agreed date. For packages of 3 hours or more, the deposit value will be $200. Without this payment, there is no guarantee of the availability of Carol's schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, except in rare cases where Carol herself had to cancel the session. If a deposit was paid, the current value will be honored in sessions scheduled within 6 months from the date of payment.

PHOTO EDITING​

Photo editing includes adjustments to light, color, and texture. It does not include skin retouching, expression mark treatment, removing unknown people from the background, changing the sky, etc. If you want this service, please let us know, and we will evaluate it, do our best, and inform you about the costs.

TRAVEL TIME / EXTRA TICKET FEES

The travel time between locations is included in the photo shoot time. These values are for sessions made in one day and all at once. They cannot be separated. Travel between session locations and any admissions, including Carol's and any assistant/other professional, must be paid by the customer. Please check everything in advance, including travel time. If desired, we offer an extra driver service.

CHANGES / CANCELATIONS

We understand that unexpected events occur and the need to reschedule the session. We will do our best to fit it in at another time, at no cost, but we cannot guarantee it. If rescheduling occurs within 5 days before your session, a $15 fee will be charged if there is an available schedule.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

While the total value of services rendered, including extras, rescheduling fees, and others, is not paid, photos will not be delivered under any circumstances.
